AIA Spokane President Melissa McFadgen and her husband Rod welcomed a baby boy into the family on Thursday, April 2nd. Reports are that all are doing well. Congratulations!

The 2009 AIA Washington Council Civic Design Awards Program is scheduled for May 14th in Seattle. Intent to Enter forms are being sent to all AIA Spokane members soon which will serve as preregistration. The program is open to any public agency building (or series of building) constructed since 2003 in the State of Washington.
