AIA Spokane Design Awards

The Spokane Chapter of the American Institute of Architects offers a Design Awards Program to encourage excellence in all types and areas of architecture.  Through the program, the Chapter seeks to honor works of distinction by its members and to bring public attention to outstanding architectural services rendered by its membership.

The 2012 Design Awards jury included Roger Williams, FAIA JIA, from Seattle Washington; Clair Enlow, journalist, from Seattle Washington; and James R. McDonald, FAIA, from Missoula, Montana.  Submitted projects were eligible for the following awards: Citation or Merit Award in the Unbuilt Category; Citation, Merit, or Honor award in the “Built Projects 1 Million and Under” Category; and Citation, Merit or Honor Award in the “Built Projects 1 Million and Above” Category.
